Reach, Build, Send

Jesus tells us to “Go therefore and make disciples of all nations.” (Matthew 28:19) – sometimes known as the Great Commission. It’s an imperative that flows out of deep biblical truths. We bring glory to God as we make disciples. For ourselves, we need to know Jesus; and too, we need to make him known to others.

Straplines are helpful in summarising and clarify what we’re about. Here is one, that captures well what the Great Commission demands of us:

‘Reach, Build, Send’. We:

- Reach out with the gospel – to tell everyone about what God has done in Jesus

- Build up in the gospel – as we help one another grow in relationship with God as we hear what God says to us by His Spirit through His word

- Send out with the gospel – as we encourage and train every Christian to use their gifts in God’s service across West London and beyond.
